Is the fingerprint sensor supposed to come up ever time u unlock ur phone? Mine doesnt

It depends on your security settings. Under lock screen security / secure lock settings / smart lock you can set up trusted places, voice, on-body detection and the such. So for example if you're in your home and that is listed as a trusted place you won't be promted for a print (except after reset)
