Fingerprint unlock not working...

The fingerprint unlock is not working when swiping left/right and directly launching to an app from lock screen even though the instruction itself says to 'Use fingerprint or unlock code'. Anybody else experiencing this?

PS: Sorry if this issue had already addressed. Searched & can't find the issue. If in case I missed, a link would be appreciated.

I'm not having issues with that, but I have an Edge version (although I don't think that would matter...what could matter is that my phone is T-Mobile). Does the fingerprint unlock work just to unlock your screen when not using those shortcuts?

Make sure you not swiping your finger across the fingerprint scanner.
