I have TMobile, and the fingerprint unlock has been working flawlessly until now. For some odd reason, it reverts to Swipe even though I have chosen Fingerprints to unlock. I have tried to click on Fingerprints 5X, but each time it goes back to Swipe. See pics.

I saw this one time when the S5 was launched, but was fixed or at least it was fixed by itself on mine shortly after that, and haven't heard more about it until now.

BUT, just to know, do you have by any chance any Trust Agent (Smart Lock) Activated in the phone? Just in case you don't know what that is, is when you have a Bluetooth device connected and it let you use that connection as to unlock your device whenever the phone detects it, it also works with your Location and recently Google activated the Voice Smart lock.

Erasat. Problem solved! I followed your instruction and deleted my bluetooth headset in Trusted Devices. I was going to call TMobile, you saved me time. 😃
