one big difference not really advertised (mentioned in newer thread here) is the ability to now take screenshots on the DInc2 power/homekey much like other devices.

I purchased ScreenShot It months ago... which explains why its been making 2 shutter sounds and saving multiple pics in different locations.

How do I screen shoot? Is there a setting that I have to turn on?

Should hear shutter sound and of course you need to be updated to the latest firmware

Anybody else having an issue where the YouTube links no longer ask if you want to use the web or the YouTube app? Every YouTube link now just uses the web, which sucks!

I have the latest firmware but not letting me do it.

Edit: nvm figured it out. Press and hold power button and press home. ;-)

How to settings>applications > app associations > Web url and change to the one you want to open with

Thanks. My only option is "Open Web URLS with - Internet". No option for YouTube.

Ok yea this is frustrating. Links to youtube videos in facebook and Google plus open automatically in the browser. Why do I have the app?

So I called VZW and they transferred me to HTC. Apparently I am the first one to report this issue as far as the representative was aware. She searched their system and couldn't find any reports so I would recommend everyone else take 15 minutes to make the phone call and have them transfer you to HTC.

My issues:

1. Contact Photos not displaying within the Messages App summary view. Once within the individual conversation, the photos are displayed.
2. Youtube Links open to the browser by default. I no longer get the option to choose the app OR the browser.

FWIW, because I did have someone from HTC on the line, I asked her if she had any updated timelines for ICS. Her documentation indicates HTC will be releasing it no later than the end of July. Take it with a grain of salt but figured I'd pass the info along.

Yea all I've noticed is my phone acting goofy since the update. It might be apps but I'm skeptical too.

My wife's was doing same thing with contact photos and such day after update. Took it to Big Red that day and they put out a "ticket" or file on the issue, so there is at least one other record of it floating around somewhere. They said they sent it to HTC too.

This is an absolutely crappy update (except for the screenshots) . My phone locks up at random. The only way to "unlock" it is to use the screen lock button, which seems to break the phone out of its funk. I have performed a factory reset twice and I still have performance issues. Very frustrating...
