how can i reboot my system?
i have android phone malaysian brand and i dont know how to reboot this phone. i have try many method,but failed..please help me..

Nope nothing yet. The rep said the other day if by Friday I haven't received it called them back.

So all 3 of us that are not getting the update used are old SIM cards. Tech support told him that shouldn't matter but it sure looks to me that is the reason why we are not getting it.

U may be right about the SIM card thing cus the rep I spoke to today says "it's a slight possibility" that it has something to do with the SIM.

Any luck with the update? I just got two G2's yesterday and took the sim from my two old Galaxy Nexus's and put them in the G2's. Wife's G2 automatically got the update and mine didn't and said the download is unsuccessful. Tried a few times. Don't think it's a sim card issue as both sim's were from our Galaxy Nexus.
Any updates? I noticed that when I go into the My Verizon app it now shows my old phone(razr maxx). Upon seeing this I went online and tried to "switch my device", there was a drop down of all my previously used devices, including the G2...when selecting it I was prompted with "your plan is not compatible with this phone, please choose a new plan". I'm still on unlimited yet, by the way. I'm going to look into getting a new sim card over the weekend here.

Turns out is was my Sim card. Called Verizon and I put in Sim card that came with G2 (had used my Sim card from my Galaxy Nexus) and within a few minutes the update started downloading. Not sure why it worked with my wife's G2, did the same thing but oh well. They said update wouldn't work because Sim card was still tied to my old Nexus.

I got a new SIM card in the mail today. What do I have to do when I put it in? Do I go online to change it or call Verizon. I'm sure there is more to it then just putting it in to work on the phone right?

I called them and supposedly they had to do something on their end so it would show up correctly as an LG G2. Not sure I believe they did anything but who knows. Normally I don't think you have to, usually put in SIM card, power on and it should activate. Give it a try, if it doesn't work after that then give them a call.
