"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again."

Hi all, I have an S4 that is rooted, and I was trying to unroot it, after Odin failed twice, my phone got stuck in the error screen. Currently, it is stuck in Odin mode:

Product Name: SGH-M919
Current Binary: Samsung Official
System Status: Official
KNOX Kernel Lock: 0x0
KNOX Warranty Void: 0x1
CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0X30
Write Protection: enable
eMMC BURST mode: enable

"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again."

The phone basically is disconnected from the USB, my PC does not see it anymore. I downloaded Kies and it does not work (USB cannot be detected). I also tried holding down the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons - no good, it goes back to the screen.

Volume Down, Home and Power buttons.

I downloaded my firmware from Androidrootz (4.4.2 - M919UVUFNB4)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

EDIT - Thank you for reading, I have fixed the issue by using another machine

Hi! I just came upon your post, and I am stuck exactly at the same place you were, any insight on how you solved your problem would be very appreciated, I would have liked to post a link to my original post on this forum but apparently I can't. If you go look under my posts, you'll see it

Try to use a different machine if ODIN isn't working for you.
