first attempt to install a rom, jellybean

wow, rooted, unrooted, rooted, unrooted several times,
never did anything more, made an attempt to install jellybean,
second try, got it !! pretty cool

ok, so i've flashed jellybean, slimrom, and apex with a matrix kernel
my question now is, can i switch between the 3 , or any other roms
i may try, using restore points from recovery, or should each rom
be deleted individually, leaving only 1 rom with nothing else in storage ??

I tried one click all I got was a wiped unlocked phone. I think I'll pass on "this is the easiest phone to root" path.
