First impressions and thoughts

Ordered TabS7+ 256GB silver. Very sleek, beautiful display and fast. Am impressed to see very less apps it shipped with either Google or Samsung. Samsung didn't even include their browser (which I think is the best), email, calculator and others. Multitasking on this tablet is a breeze but I hope samsung/Android puts more focus on tablet optimized apps and also add gestures(like ipad) to improve multitasking experience.

Pros:
- display and refresh rate
- front camera placement
- finger print reader
- less or no bloat
- design
- integration between note 10+ and tab
- integration of local NAS in my files app (missed this a lot on my Tab S4)

Cons:
- Spen placement (not bad but inconvenient)
- more multi-tasking gestures can be added or improved
- limited edge panels
- can't place created app pair on home screen

I hope to see more improvements in Dex which I think is very powerful.

It is a very nice design, I'm trying to get used to reading while holding it in portrait mode, even tho it's in a landscape format, mine has been very glitchy to the point that I'm thinking of doing a factory reset and if that doesn't help I might return it, I got the mystic black 256 GB,the screen is awesome the Samsung book cover is OK but I don't like the Spen placement on the cover the Spen always seems to fall off.

Got it today and went thru with the screen orientation after that the home screen is absolutely stunning. I went to settings and noticed two modes Vivid and natural I kept mine on vivid and dark mode..120 hz 256 storage. i will have this tablet for a long time. Great Job Samsung especially on the display!!

Finally discovered it was caused by how I was holding the tri-fold cover behind the tablet while holding it in Portrait orientation. Since then, and changing how I hold it, the display has been ROCK SOLID!!

A few apps I use like the You Version Bible app is really choppy, and right now I compared my Tab S7 Plus with my IPad pro 12.9 4th generation using the logos Bible App while scrolling and the Tab s7 was super slow and the little buffering circle would appear in the center of the screen while it was trying to load the next chapter, meanwhile the iPad was buttery smooth I recorded a video of it but I know I can't upload it here, I'm going to remove the Cover I have the official Book cover non keyboard I'm going to see if that helps thanks for the tip I appreciate it.

Here's a Pic of the little buffering or refresh circle while scrolling, it does it even without the cover, I'm thinking because the app is not optimized for the tablet, even though it didn't state that in the play store, usually there's a little disclaimer telling you the app is not optimized to work with the tablet, I might do a factory reset this weekend and give it another go, I started the tablet fresh I didn't use smartswitch but I'll still give it a try

I usually factory reset any device before I start configuring it. As you said it may be issue with your app. I like the book cover keyboard except for the track pad which is not very fluid in response. Hope samsung can fix that with software update.

Yea I'm going to reset it and hope I get an improvement.

No i didnt.. It came with the charger and that was it .....

I see that those headphones come with white silicone tips might have to ask Samsung about it.

No charging brick is shown, but we got one.
Worth a try for the headphones if you need em. I got them with the N20, so I won't ask.

I was looking at the control of those headphones and they look a little different than what I received for the Note 20 but it might just be my imagination.

I can't really say for sure, but it doesn't look like these have a braided cable like the N20 Ones.

Yeah....the Bluetooth buds don't have a braided cable either.
