Fitbit syncing issues

Has anyone had problems syncing their Fitbit? I've got to open the app and manually sync mine. I'm using a P20 Pro and a 1st gen Fitbit Flex

I have the versa and it's pretty annoying if I have to set it up again. Syncing takes forever. Fails several times and then finally finishes

Have you set the Fitbit app to ignore battery optimisations? Also maybe checking the Bluetooth scanning is turned on

I returned my Versa. Got tired of trying to get it to connect to bluetooth.

It's more of an issue with the p20 pro. The versa connects quickly without issue on my essential phone and the OnePlus 6
