FIX needed: can only use 1 language for voice typing?

Former IOS user: dictation/voice-to-text very inaccurate and incorrect language randomly

I have been using IOS for 5 years and recently moved to android - galaxy s7 on mm 6.0.1

and ive noticed how awful the dictation / voice to text is.
due to disability i use voice typing all the time, and in 2 languages, mainly english but it frequently types the wrong word when speaking english (uk) and when i speak russain its even more inconsistent and sometimes even types in english, when my keyboard is shown as russian.

My settings are:
Default keyboard" Samsung keyboard - multiple languages
Google voice typing: automatic

When i use voice-to-text on my iphone in russian and english to types the voice perfectly with the very rare wrong word

So is this a 6.9.1 bug or are my settings wrong, or just poor software/hardware

I write text in English and Russian
But when I try using my secondary keyboard (Russian) it doesn't work when I use audio speech recognition/ Voice to text

After months of trying, I found even when the keyboard is changed to Russian, once I speak, with the Russian keyboard showing only random English words appear.

So I just tried deleting the second keyboard and changing my primary keyboard from English to Russian
And it worked perfectly I can speak Russian and it does voice to text perfectly no errors

But as soon as I change it back so Russian as a secondary language, English as first. it keeps writing my voice text in English when I speak despite the Russian keyboard showing/selected

Can this bug be fixed? Can we contact android or samsung to fix?
for such an expensive phone (S7) Errors like this shouldn't be happening and if they do they should be fixed ASAP

Unfortunately as I need to use both English and Russian when using voice to text I need to find out how this can be resolved

So does anyone know how I can do it so it works as a mainstay, that I can have two different languages that both work when I use Voice to text/ dictation

Someone suggested I use to a third party app but I find that keyboard harder to use

NOW ON NOUGAT 7.0 but fault remains
