Fixing video synch issues on Note 8

I was having major issues playing videos on my Note 8.
From BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, to [redacted by Mod]
Did live chat to Samsung and they kept telling me to clear the cache from specific apps i was using to watch the movies, but found that after watching one programme, and then watching a second, or going back to the same programme, the synch issue came back. By synch i mean the sound did not match the lip movement.

So i went through all my apps trying to work put what could be causing this. And decided to uninstall Localcast and Chromecast.

As soon as these uninstalled, i went straight into [redacted by Mod] played a movie, and it was perfectly synching.
Tried on BBC iPlayer too, and all good.
