Warning: the "Flash ClockWorkMod Recovery" Option in ROM Manager is borked at this time. When selected if you got "LG Optimus C LW690" under the "Confirm Phone Model" , and you continued with the install, then it did not install the recovery and you have no flash_image in your /system/bin. This is absolutely necessary for installing the recovery and ROM. DO NOT PROCEED WITH ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE THE PROPER flash_image INSTALLED.
