Flash Notification!

Found this on happy accident and love it! Under System Settings<Accessibility< Hearing at the top it says flash notifications, when you check the box it'll have you install the widget from the Galaxy app store.. It's a great way to be alerted when you can't have sound, like at work and such!

Is this the same as the Green light beside the earpiece the blinks when you have notifications? What exactly will happen when you install the widget?

Sorry, I guess I should've clarified.. It makes the camera flash blink twice when texts are received, and flashes intermittently when a call is coming in..
