I'm currently trying to clean out my phone (Memory card 31 of 32 GB used, Phone 15 of 16 GB used. Unrooted) Since Flash is no longer supported. Does anyone know if there is a Flash Player app, or way to stop it from annoying opening random pop ups, or play store apps when I'm using the phone? It drains my battery and just makes my phone annoying to use. I've tried Flash Fox browser but it's horrible, and Puffin has caused me multiple hack attempts on things I'm logged into. (Running Mobiwol & Avast Anti Virus Free).

You can side load flash, then use an app like Firefox to view flash sites. Not sure about your other issues though

Are you looking for a new browser? Have you tried Chrome or Ninesky?

Firefox sometimes works on Flash, Chrome doesn't. Dolphin does. Just install Flash Flash Player for Android 4.x (2.x/3.x is also on the page), The popups aren't due to Flash Player, they're due to the fact that the page you're looking at has popups on it.

I have Chrome, but it doesn't use Flash. I previously had Firefox.
The pop ups are from Flash Player but it instantly opens pop ups when my phone is on, and it downloaded a virus earlier. Maybe I have a messed up version.

If you downloaded it from Adobe's archive site, there wouldn't be any viruses in it. You shouldn't download an adobe product from anywhere but Adobe's site. You may have picked up a virus that triggers Flash. Download a good antivirus program and let it run.
