Long story, but here's the details:
1) phone was originally flashed to straight talk from verizon.
2) phone factory reset and hard boot reset to be used again with verizon sim card.
3) i factory reset to remove my gmail/account information from the phone. To give phone to a friend in kenya east africa.
4) now the phone will not access my friends internet (safaricom).
5) they said the safaricom settings were done on the phone, but it still wont access the internet.
6) they are able to make calls and text on the phone.
What is likely the problem?
