Flashing international firmware

Hi, I have the T-Mobile OnePlus 7 Pro and I have my phone sim unlocked. I'm thinking about flashing to the international firmware so that I can get updates faster.
My question is, will I lose any features by doing so? Like TMobile VoLTE or anything else important? I can't really think of any TMobile features I even use off hand. Thanks

I have the T-Mobile OnePlus 7 Pro and I flash the international version. VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling still works. I have noticed no issues at all.

Yes, I'm going to try to anyhow. I'm not really interested in rooting right now, but I could sure use an extra sim for phone calls in places where I don't have TMobile coverage

I've read on XDA that it can be done. But I hate to ask a question there because it's a 50/50 chance you'll get roasted instead of being answered haha.

Just got mine TMobile version, I don't Know if I'll flash to unlocked version , it has Google feed to left and feels great .

You will eventually because crappy T-Mobile probably takes forever for updates. Only matters if you care about updates otherwise you are good to go.

I do miss the Google feed on the unlocked model though. I don't understand why can't OnePlus also add the Google feed on the non TMobile models. Just add an option in the launcher if you want the Google feed or the OnePlus shelf.

I agree, don't Know why it's not a option on both version.
I probably will end up going that way , just for reason I like to flash my phones. Hopefully I'll get dual SIM also.

I bit the bullet and flashed the international firmware. So far so good. I'm liking it, and the dual SIM does work
