Flashing small green lines randomly

My tablet is flashing small green lines randomly in little places on my screen and it just started today what should I do? Is the screen or app I may have installed? Please help!

Do you have any developer options enabled? If so, my advice would be to disable them. Also if you can, can you take a screenshot or picture for us, although it may be hard to get one when they appear randomly.
