the second and you tube link dont have anything to do with thunderbolt. the first is a pouch

You and I must be looking at different websites. The last two links in my post were not working because of forced line breaks. Try again. As for the first, its a horizontal flip case, not a pouch. That said, I can't say if any of these will work well with the extended battery--I missed that part of your post.
