Flip to silence is not working Moto Z Play India Variant

[AC Question]

Recently got Moto Z Play Indian variant.

Flip to silence is not working at all.
Reset mobile to factory settings.
Nothing worked for me.

Replaced the device.

Still same problem.

Anyone can help.
