Floating Bixby Icon on Lock Screen Not Allowing Me Access

[Android Central Question]

I woke up this morning to find a strange icon on the lock screen of my Galaxy S8. After some searching, I found out it is related to Bixby Voice. However, it's not responsive, won't allow me to get into my phone. If I press the power button, the options come up but can't restart or power down as the Bixby Icon stays as the active option.

Any ideas to get rid of this icon?

Assuming you've fixed it by now but in case someone else ends up here:

Hold the power on button and volume down button until the phone powercycles - like a restart. Don't let go of those buttons - sometimes it takes 10 or more seconds to do anything. This works for most "freezes". That Bixby issue fried me!
