The second choice is create folder.

Same thing, just said differently.

The new folder exists firstly on the App Drawer page, and then you can drag it to a home screen.

What I have not found yet is How to Remove an unneeded Folder off the App Drawer....

I have one labeled "Test" and would like to expunge the darn thing.
Don't see a way to rename it either.

When you are in your apps/folder screen hit the Menu, click Edit. Now long press on the folder until it snaps off the page, then drag it to the trash.

You can also hold down on an existing icon on the homepage. In the upper right you will see "create folder".

That will NOT remove it from the Apps screen though. It stays there like glue.

The previous post was correct, and it works perfectly by using EDIT and dragging that rogue folder to the trash dump.

I don't disagree if you created the folder in the app drawer. I was simply stating another way you can create a folder outside of the app drawer.

Has anybody spent hours putting all their apps into folders only to wake up and find them gone?

I have no idea where to look for the folders
Anybody ever encounter This? I am a newbie to the Android world but this is crazy I literally spent at least an hour and a half. I have a ton of apps

Please help
