Folders in Apps

I created 2 folders in Apps thinking I could move/sort apps into the folders like w/the old Droid3. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to move/drag n drop an app into the folders. Nor could I find a way to delete them. Short of going back to factory defaults, anyone know how I nuke the folders? advTHANXance
