Folders missing safe mode

Put my phone on the charger and when I woke this morning it was in safe mode and folders has disappeared from my home screen.. I can't remember which ones try are...is there a way to restore them??

If you're truly in Safe Mode, then powering off and then powering back on again should boot you back into normal mode. Does that happen?

Or are you in Factory Mode, which looks more like this?
