For some reason I can't restore my LG G2 phone, what should I do?

For Some reason i can restore my lg g2 phone

I currently did factory reset to my lg g2 because my phone was having the touch screen glitches.So then i factory reset my phone and update it and got the lollipop update.So then i open up my lg PC suite and tried to restore my phone, It didn't work because when its rebooting my device somehow automatic wakes up and ruined it.Or i think.All i know is that i cant restore my phone

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that the phone shut down unexpectedly in the middle of the Lollipop update? Or that it reboots in the middle of trying to restore using PC Suite?

what im trying to stay that when i update my software to lolipop app they said do u want to back it up i said yes.Then when i tried to restore that backup it wont let me

Does PC Suite give you some sort of error message when you try to restore?

yeah it dose and sometimes it takes Hours

I'm afraid I don't have much else to suggest. You might consider contacting LG support, but I wouldn't be too optimistic about the help they can give.
