I'm in sense and it's amazingly good I'm debating in converting if battery is better on ge

I get way better battery life, but I'm using the ARHD GE ROM. I didn't do a GEP conversion.

I did the GPE conversion and Battery life is a bit better. The phone as a whole though is much better pure android vs. Sense.

I did the conversion and I have much better battery life and I really like not having the bloatware. I am looking forward to getting kit kat and that's the real reason I converted.

I can tell you that i converted my One to a GPE and in my area I lost AWS activity....

I feel like my battery life is slightly less now that I have converted to GPE.
On Sense I used the packaged Power Saver utility, which enabled me to get multiple days without charge if required. I have been trying to find a suitable replacement but nothing so far has worked as well. It's not a big difference honestly, and the gains for changing to GPE far outweigh having to actually charge my phone once a day like most people do!

There is no power saver in he GPE ROM, but I really fail to see why anyone would want a decreased user experience just so they didn't have to charge every day. Charge your phone at night, that's what it's designed for.

HTC One rooted since day one. unlocked and S-Off . I was on Elegancia and wanted to get the Kit Kat so I converted to the Google edition (full conversion, bootloader and all). The battery isn't as good as the custom rom was, but the reception and radio is better plus sound quality on calls is much better on the GPE. I live in a super bad area of Arkansas for any carrier and on ATT but seems the GPE is better. Its on a home network wifi 99 % of the time but the GPE seems even better on data than the custom. Just wish there was more themeing for the GPE

Full conversion of the HTC One here, bootloader unlocked, S-Off, RUU'd to the GPE full conversion. Did have TWRP as a custom recovery, the conversion wiped that. Udpated to 4.4 now that sucks. Took forever to get a custom recovery on then it was only CWM that would install and couldn't get superuser on. Finally got the TWRP and still can't get superuser to work. So Root Checker says its not rooted. Battery life is good, the dialer sucks as the contacts are different and separate. The google search bar is annoying and constant , can't get rid of it on any screen that I can find. There are some nice little tweaks in the system that might interest some , not me. So, I think I am going back to a custom rom like Elegancia if it works now on this Hboot and set up., if not RUU ing to factory again as a HTC One. From what I have played with I am not a big fan of Kit Kat.
