Forceful, annoying ads/ ads won't close.

Has anyone else noticed the fact that in app ads are starting to force you to interact with them before you can close them out? I've noticed on 3-4 different ads now. Lucktastic is one I know for example that forces you to scratch off a ticket before the X comes up to close it. This can't be legit right? Can those ads be allowed to do that?

I had an ad for another game come in Words with friends despite me paying for no ads. I complained to play store and they made zynga take it down. So you do have rights!
Contact the play store help guys and they will advise you...

Both my husband and I have games (his is Wheel of Fortune) where it seems they force you to interact with this battle strategy game. Maybe you've seen it. Anyway, if you wait over 20 seconds it will go away. Perhaps yours is the same? I just turn my phone over for awhile, go do a short task (sort the mail, rinse a fee dishes? Pet the cat ) and come back and you can then click the x.

Ads are becoming really pervasive. On the computer, AdBlock Plus used to be sufficient. Now, it blocks so little. I use Ghostery to block everything on top of that. I only allow in/whitelist sites that I want to support, that don't blast me with huge/flashing/inappropriate ads.
