Forgot my Nexus 7 on the charger all night...

For the first time ever, I forgot my Nexus 7 to charge all night. Do you think this messed up the battery or everything is all right ? Thank you.

I keep mine plugged in whenever I'm not using it. I haven't had any problems.

Most anytime I plug mine in before bed and take it off in the morning. A few times I didn't remember it was on the charger until the following afternoon. No issues. A few nights back I grabbed the wrong charger even, the Turbo Charger for my Droid Turbo (I keep all my chargers on a power strip). I was a bit worried, even though I've read that charger was backwards compatible, now I know it is.

The tablet regulates the charging. You could leave it on the charger for months and not seriously damage anything, though it may not be optimal. I use mine as an alarm clock, so it will sit much of the day & night on the charger, and I've had no issues with the battery.
