So my Echo is stuck on the "Enter password" screen, after 5 retries it just tells me to wait 30 seconds to try again, and does not offer the choice of entering gmail password.
I also downloaded the drivers off the echo website, and ran them to reset the phone plugged into computer but that doesn't work either.
What can I do?
