Forgot pattern, did hard reset, but no connection, keeps asking for pattern. What can i do next?

I have a Moto E with Net10 and I decided to put a pattern as security but I've forgotten what it was though ive tried some 400 times to guess my pattern. The WiFi and mobile data are off andI've tried factory resetting, and recovery and I've tried logging in with Gmail. The phone still asks for the pattern and still has no connection. Please help, I really need to use my phone.
