Forgot pin. Manual recovery mode does not work

[Android Central Question]

I forgot my phone pin after restart. In fast boot mode i only have start-restart bootloader- power off, DEVICE STATE-locked. There is no recovery mode or factory reset. . Google find my device- erase does not work. it can not connect to the phone. and i can't connect it to a pc. my phone is dead in the water.
