Formatting 32 gig Memory Card

I have been reading the string concerning 64 gig memory cards, and one thing that jumped out at me is that it?s best to format ALL memory cards in your tablet.
I have a new (my first) 32 gig memory card coming in tomorrow. I know this is probably another one of my seriously dumb questions, but how do you format a memory card in one?s Asus Infinity tablet? What app or built-in program does one use, and how is it invoked.

Any help for this newbie would be greatly appreciated!

I feel your frustration. On my phone, which has ICS, you go to Settings> Storage and under the SD Card settings there is an option to format the SD card memory. This option is not on my TF700, even though it also has ICS, and I can't find it anywhere else.
