Not sure when you got yours but the new black inks are really rich. Mine still looks fully healed (as in not glossy like after its done) 5 years later despite, and am ashamed to admit, I really don't lotion like I should.

Traffic is down, no doubt about that. When I was Senior Ambassador shifting to Team Lead, I was considering doubling the Team size just to handle the AAQ traffic and incoming members. I decided against it, can't recall the reason why..probably because I felt the size as it was took a fair amount of my free time...doubling the Ambassadors would have been a huge undertaking. After that it cooled down a bit, then Pokemon hit the scene...my most favortie time of being an Ambassador (sarcasm fully intended). Then it died down again.
