Forward e-mail as MMS?

How do I forward an e-mail as a MMS? I can't find this anywhere.

You can't directly.. If it's a Verizon customer, try mailing it to their number at vtext.com.. Ex 1234567890@vtext.com

Are you could hold shift on the keyboard and copy then paste the email.
