FoxFi not working on Samsung Galaxy S4

Data plan: Unlimited through grandfathered rule
No tether or hotspot plan.

Android ver: 4.2.2
Phone: AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4
FoxFi: Ver 2.13.1 (Full version unlocked)
Wifi Mode (addon v3011)

I installed two apps: FoxFi (Sprint/AT&T only) and FoxFi AddOn. I previously had a PDAnet code that still works with this FoxFi.

First time using it but I the 2GB exceed warning came up. I didn't use alot of data like streaming as I don't want to be noticed as a power data user. Anyone have any problems with AT&T FoxFi

No one really uses those apps for samsung galaxy s4. I modified my original tethering app to allow me to tether regardless of carrier restrictions.

How have you kept it under MF3?

No custom flashing or custom recovery under MF3, as far as I know...Only root, and your're really bricked if you screw something up, due to no recovery...

I get the same response but it worked on the first system before the MF3 update.

Istead of hitting "ok" hit the home button that makes foxfi work on my s4

I did noticed that I after I hit the home button, I intermittently didn't get the FoxFi AddOn icon at top also. I end my FoxFi app and repeat process until both FoxFi and AddOn icons are displayed.
