1 year manufacturer warranty depending on what store you take it to depends on what their tech people can do. They might just want to replace it? Only one way to find out

Took it to my Sprint store. Dude was cool, grabbed my phone and swapped a speaker with another Epic that was in pieces. Sweet. Thanks Sprint!
