Did calling get you anywhere? I did live chat and the rep just ended it without answering my request for a phone # to reach a supervisor. I'm guessing those of us that aren't BoA, Citi, etc are just gonna be SOL on this one.

Ordered mine yesterday and was on the beta program. It's all on backorder though which sucks. I ordered both the case and charger since I have two phones. Hey if it's free it's for me.

Use a friend's card and then delete it. You don't have to verify the card and it gives you your code right away
