Free finance app with unlimited account

[Android Central Question]

Hi,

I'm looking for a finance/budgeting app, that can fulfill my requrements as stated:

-Free (or at most only paying for the app once, and no monthly fee)
-Can manage unlimited account (or at least 5-6)
-Can use different currencies for accounts
-Manualli adding transaction, and their category, description
-No need for fancy statistics, just simple charts and so
-No need for credit card sync
-No need for cross device sync

Do you know any app that fits my desriptions? In my opinion this should be a really simple and basic app, but I can't find any that really works for me, and I don't have the time right now to build it myself.

Not even on a PC (and anything you find for a phone, that has nothing to do with phones or texts, will be on a PC first).

The Quicken app comes close, though - you have to install Quicken on a PC, from what I can tell. (But that's US$35/year.)
