Not worth canceling over $50 credit especially when you can usually buy their accessories on Amazon for way way less than Samsung direct to make up that credit.

I don't think it depends on the carrier. I get my phones through T-Mobile and I've always been able to get the promo gifts. Heck, this time the rep on Twitter reminded me to get the buds after I'd placed my order.

hopefully those buds are good. i still have my wireless akg headphones that came with the note 9. those were 300 bucks but were free with the note 9 pre order. those things are awesome and hard to beat

Should get one pair each. Just go in the shop samsung app once you get your phones and register.

I ordered through the VZ website and I know that this was eligible for the free buds so I'd imagine that the same would be true for ATT. I think the main (only?) criteria is that the phone must be pre-ordered before the release date.

I believe it applies to everyone who preorders. You gotta download the Samsung app on the s10+ and redeem it by then.
