Free Galaxy Buds promo

They said from 3/3? Everyone I've read it won't be available until the 8th.

With past phones I've been able to apply for the free gift the day I received my phone. With most pre-orders I receive my phone atleast 1 day early.

Is anyone else having difficulty redeeming the promotion for the Galaxy Buds? I uploaded the receipt twice and Samsung is saying the confirmation is not enough. I ordered my S10+ on 3/3/19 and submitted documentation on 3/5 and 3/8. What can I get from Sprint, besides the order confirmation to prove that I ordered before the promotion was over?

Does your pre order confirmation shows the date, phone model and your full name? That should be enough.

I got my pre-ordered S10+ at Best Buy yesterday, filled out the Free Buds application with photo of pre-order form on the Shop Samsung app in store, A few minutes later, Samsung said they received it awaiting approval. This am, received email saying the registration has been approved and should receive the buds the week of April 22.

Can't complain about the buying experience at Best Buy. They were very easy to deal with and took their time explaining everything.

My pre-order experience sucked at Best Buy but my in-store pickup was amazing LOL. I'm glad I was still able to get the free bus, makes the whole experience not too bad and I ended up saving money by going from S10+ 1TB to S10+ 128gb.

My Verizon experience was awful. Glad you were able to get the buds and a phone you’ll love!

I'm jealous of all you with earlier shipping dates. Just got one for 4/29. I'm probably just going to order my own black ones when they are available 3/29 and then sell the free white ones when they finally arrive

My husbands just arrived! They should be in the box with his phone and free case. I haven't opened it yet he's at work.
