Interesting game!
I think the registration can be done at will. When user starts a new game, it just pushes away. Game can offer user sign up after 5 minutes of play, by showing a notification window, and adding button in top. And when player wants to join, he clicks on it.
Also I think it tutorial black background can be more transparent.

- adjusted some animations

You must have an IQ over 80 to access the underwater world.
There you can take care of your fishes.
