I bought 2 V20s (work will reimburse for one). ...but I'm not sure I even want the headphones says the audio snob in me. I wish they offered an SD card, battery, or some better headphones. I know I shouldn't complain but still.

Sell it and buy something else, that's what the majority of folks here are planning on doing; shouldn't take more than a couple hours. Unless you make > $75/hour, it'll be worth your time.

I still can't get mine to work. It says that my IMEI is not valid for this promotion. I e-mailed LG at the address they provide on the registration page. This was their response.
Seems weird that I have to wait till the 28th when a ton of other people can register right now. But I called to confirm and they said that there was no need to worry about them running out before I can register. I really hope that I can get them.

I was having the same issue with my Sprint unit. I called Lg and he asked if it was a pre-ordered phone and I said yes and then he said the imei is probably not in their database yet and I'll have to wait till Friday

Order 5860 here now. I had to chuckle at question 2, where it REQUIRED you to select which other phones you considered along with the V20. Well for me, there was no other consideration. I was set on the V20 almost from the start, so I just lied and said the V10 so it would let me finish registering.
They were with my G4 offer submission, so there's hope. Only a few weeks for that I think.

Wasn't working earlier but just worked now. Earlier it was telling me it wasn't a valid iemi number but now it says Sprint customers to use meid/hex which I did try earlier. Who knows, I'm glad it finally worked

I'm keeping mine ...I got a Free Gear fit 2 and 256 gig card thats all gonna be paired with my V20 And these B&O's...The note 7 recall was a godsend lol
