How do you include a copy of the receipt?

On the v20, just snap the picture when prompted and it will automatically upload. You have to register from your phone. That's how I did it. Hope this helps.

Also, I had to enter the IMEI without the dashes.

*sigh* I couldn't get it to register when it first started. Kept saying the IMEI is not valid for this promo. I e-mailed LG and they said that it didn't actually start until the 28th (even though a ton of other people could register already). So I tried it today, and same thing. This IMEI is not valid for this promo. Sent another e-mail. Really annoying

Mine said the same thing the first time. Try entering the number without any dashes.

I did. I never used dashes. I called LG today, and they told me to send all the info asked for on the submission page to them in a e-mail with the photo of the IMEI on the box and recipt to support@lgv20launchpromo.com Did that a few hours ago. Hopefully that finally takes care of it.

I ordered my V20 from best buy online. I did not get a packing slip or receipt in the box.
What am I supposed to use as a receipt? one of the emails? I'm confused...

Go online and get a copy of your order or use the confirmation email.
