DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Mine was missing the street address which was a required field in the online form.
I called the 800 number for LG on the confirmation email and they answered in one ring : ) She said no worries and updated the shipping address to include it.
We will get a shipping notice about a week prior to arrival.
Asked about the 4-6 weeks and she said that was the only answer she could give and that estimate was to insure customer's received their product according to expectations.
The email also says to let them know about address typo's with in 5 business days so they are holding these shipping orders until the consumer has time to update shipping data for a lower reverse logistics return rate.

It keeps telling me invalid IMEI numbers it's on my box and receipt called support for the promo Oh you have to email us with the pictures Please. there support stinks this is how the call went well you have to email us with the photos of the box with the IMEI # and your receipt and we will get back to you ok have a nice day. WOW. second thoughts on this company.
I have the same issue. I am so tired of bad customer service. LG and Samsung are appalling.

I bought my phone on the 27th and was finally able to get the iemi to go through today.
The folks responsible for LG's customer service on this promotion are nothing short of appalling.

There are people having these problems. Looks like carriers have to push IMEI into LG system first. Your will work, but not sure when

Thanks, but those resources don't work. The phone support sounds like doped out children, and the email channel doesn't respond.

Just received my approval email. I'm stoked for these headphones. The four to six week wait is killer, but I can wait.
Submitted mine on 10/26 - number 2436. Just got my approval e-mail 30 minutes ago. Checking my IMEI number on the website now says "Not Shipped".
