Set up a free account with PhoneZoo. Just pick the tone that you want, edit it if you want, and it will be sent to your phone or PC, for free. There are lots of good "free ringtone" sites on the web, this is the only one that i've ever used. If you choose, check them all out, and then decide for yourself. Good luck.

Download zedge from the market. No need to sign up for these sites that will spam the crap out of you and sell your email address.

today i downloaded Audiko i used to use it on my jailbroken iPhone for ringtones. you have to download the .apk from audiko.net its not on google play. its better than zedge IMO cause audiko has tons of popular songs pretty much any song as a ringtone and u can even make one if the mp3 is stored locally on ur device.

I've used Myxer for ages - but of course I always use my own music for tones. Could be an option for you.
