I've received several emails and texts from them offering the free case but on first glance the steps they wanted me to follow to get it seemed conviluted so I didn't bother.

Yeah, I kinda felt the same way, but I went through it and they delivered. So I am happy I did, it's a great case when you need something rugged and not wanting to pay Otterbox prices (not that there is anything wrong with Otterbox).

How long did it take to receive your case(s)?

Well, Amazon delivery stated I would get them between Sept 21 to Sept 28... They arrived on the 15th.

Soooooo... hard to really say, but it only took a few days for me.

Slightly a bit different, the kickstand definitely is different on both cases but there almost identical cases, can't complain tho got them free.

Honestly the process wasn't bad at all considering I'm getting a free case out of it.

If it was a case I reallyreally liked I'm sure I would have thought less about any hassle but I'm not into bulky cases typically. However, as a spare tank-type case it may have some utility for me so maybe I'll proceed.

I'm using this case as a daily driver, but if I decide to go to a slimmer case, this will stay in my arsenal for when I go Hiking and Biking (I like to mount my phones on my bikes, so I love the protection this offers).

I think you may have misread/misunderstood? At least the instructions they sent me said to add them to the cart and go into the checkout procedure so that it would add shipping and tax. But to not complete it at that point. Take a screen shot of that info and email it or text it to them. Then they PayPal you the amount indicated on that page.

Once the money has been received via PayPal, then and only then do you then finish the transaction with the money that you have already received via PayPal equalling the total to be paid.

I did this with my S20 ultra. It worked out fine, they sent me the money within 30 min. I think their an upstanding company, I will purchase my next case from them.

That was my thought as well. I normally use phones naked but this will be great for my hiking trip coming up in a month!

There ya go. Steps #7 and #8 are the key to making sure you have the money in your PayPal then making the purchase

Edit: They have been pretty cool, even reaching out to me last night to see if I had received the cases and see how I was getting along with them. They want reviews of course, but still cool. I told them my first is expected to be delivered tomorrow and the second Saturday.
