free screen replacement

has anyone had their screen replaced yet? how long do you have to give your phone up for while they fix it?

I went into Verizon and they sent me a new phone in the mail, all I have to do is ship them the broken one back. It only took about 2 days to receive the new phone.

Pretty much but who knows given how new the Turbo is. If you have a claim I certainly wouldn't have my hopes set on getting a new device.

I have found refurbished electronics are usually work as good or even better than new. Considering that they've at least been tested and reviewed before sent back out.

You're eligible if you buy it on contract or retail.

+1. Have bought many, many refurbished products over the years, and saved many dollars as a result. I'm seriously considering an 85" TV purchase this year. I won't go the refurbished route for that purchase, but there are darn few cases, I turn my nose up at the prospect.
