Free Upgrade to a Droid Razor from defective Bionics

I think I might fight for a RazrMaxxx as a replacement for this Bionic...
This data issue is really pissing me off

Swyped on my Droid Bionic, sent via Tapatalk.

I am on my third bionic and still have data issues. I called tech support again yesterday and was offered a different model for the first time. The rep said he could only give me a like new htc rezound. And get this: he told me I would have to pay to get a battery and back for the rezound because it would ship without those pieces. He also claimed that nobody has ever received a razr or gn in place of a bionic. How can there be so much variability in what the verizon reps will so for a customer. This a small business account with 8 devices

Just want to inform others of my progress. I'm on my 3rd bionic with legitimate issues. Have requested for the option to switch to another phone and the different response from VZW reps were:

- Your google account is corrupted. You need to use a new one.
- We'll send you another bionic.
- We'll give you the option to buy a new phone for the 2 year contract price.

Fortunately my 3rd bionic seems to work well so far. But the second this thing acts up or loses data or gives me a BSOD, I'm going to be making another attempt for a different phone.

If you want a brand new device, you will be forced to use an upgrade, and pay the 2 year price. Otherwise, you are given certified like new options. The Maxx is too new and doesn't have certified like new replacements so don't count on getting that. Given the Bionic's issues, I'd take a Rezound if offered. If you purchased an extended battery, and ask nicely, a rep may also replace that at no charge. Be nice to the reps and they will work with you.
