I have used the HDMI Mirror Mode two times. Both times, the phone crashed and I had to reboot it. Has anyone had the same issue, and is there a fix? I have no problems with the phone otherwise. (edit: i guess the official terminology is that the touch screen became unresponsive, and then the phone power cycled)

The first time I was switching from the Gallery app to something else. The second time I was switching from watching a video on the Browser app to texting.

I have the same issue. Of the dozen times I have tried HDMI, it freezes the Razr and then reboots. Does not matter if browsing, playing video our a game- Razr did this seven out of twelve times and all after at least 15 minutes of use.

Did u buy the HDMI cable from Verizon store? Or from somewhere else? Cus i had in from a Kodak camera and it just messes with the touch screen. It acts as if there is a finger on the screen sometimes.

I have a 3rd party cable and it works fine. I don't have any of the issues you're having.

What's the HDMI spec on your TV?

I did it on two different TVs. Both were 1080p I believe. I noticed that the software update in the Bionic seems to high light this issue, so maybe it will be taken care of in the future.

***SOLUTION***
My phone had mirrored HDMI the night before but the touch screen became completely unresponsive every time HDMI was applied the next day. Powered down phone, removed both SD and SIM cards. Turn the phone on and connect to HDMI. Confirm mirrored and responsive. Powered down and replaced SD and SIM Cards. Problem solved.

Where did you get a new SIM card? Did you go through any troubleshooting with Verizon first?
