Freezes Then Auto Locks Twice in Row, Any Ideas?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ running Android 5.1.1. I have a problem where occasionally it will freeze momentarily, then resume normal operation, then freeze again and then it goes to the lock screen.

If I unlock the phone it resumes normal operation as if nothing happened. If always does this twice in a row with about 10-30 seconds between each occurrence.

Originally I thought it was due to inactivity, but no matter how I try to use the phone after seeing the first freeze, it will not keep it from locking. This also, now that I think about it, has only ever happened when watching YouTube videos.

Any ideas?

I haven't done that. I did just have it occur for the first time on an app other than YouTube as well so it's not that app. I'll try doing what you suggested and see how that works.
