Freezing after taking a picture!

Is anyone else experiencing this? The viewfinder image will just freeze up for a good 20-30 seconds, and also sometimes reboot the phone. If it doesn't freeze up, it becomes extremely laggy, like a frame every few seconds.
I'm dealing with this problem on both the stock camera app and also the Google camera apk
Basically I take one picture and can expect to not be able to use the phone for the next half minute, sometimes more.

Ive same problem. And right now it's freezed for one hour :|
